  I have extensive experience with executive and organizational communications, serving in a number of senior communications roles. I've delivered strategy, planning, message development, and execution against big initiatives; partnered with  senior leadership to reinforce cultural resilience: emphasizing values, integrity, trust, quality, growth and the purpose / meaning of work

I work closely with my clients, taking the time to understand the desired behavior change or objective that underpins their communications.  Our work together is exercised on a foundation of trust, strategic thinking, planning and strong collaboration with all relevant organizational departments and sources of input.  

 I've been a C-suite writer for decades. I've also worked with students, families, faith groups and friends. I enjoy helping people to clearly and effectively express their ideas and points of view so that others can understand, embrace and act upon what they're expressing.
